The most important aspect in developing a school or community is to ensure that safe, clean drinking water is readily available. Without this no real progress can be made. The Butterfly Tree has funded 22 boreholes for the following schools and communities: Mukuni, Ngandu, Kamwi, Libala, Katapazi, Siamasimbi, Malima, Sibbulo, Chuunga, Muchimbale, Kauwe, Nampuyani, Ngube, River View, Kazungula Boarding, Bunsunga, Sinsimuku, Mayala, Muyundu, Zalu, Mayoba, Nakawa, and 9 for these communities: Chise, Kafekwa, Mukuni (2), Mahalululu, Mukalahani, Chuunga, Senkobo and Siamukoma.
